Remote IT Assistant Needed (India) - Set Up Laptop for Remote Access I am looking for a reliable technical assistant based in India. The task is to purchase or provide a Windows laptop, set it up, and configure it so I can securely access it remotely from outside India. Responsibilities Provide or procure a Windows laptop with a stable internet connection. Complete the initial Windows setup. Install all required updates and drivers. Install and configure remote access software (such as RustDesk, AnyDesk, or another solution we agree on). Create a local user account and configure the system according to my instructions. Test the remote connection with me to ensure everything works correctly. Keep the laptop powered on and connected to the internet during agreed working hours. Requirements Must be located in India. Good English communication. Comfortable with Windows administration and remote access tools. Stable internet connection. Available for a video or chat session during the initial setup. Project Scope This is a one-time setup project. If everything goes well, there may be ongoing paid work for system maintenance, testing, and other remote technical tasks.
