We are looking for an Indian citizen to help us conduct market research and test the customer onboarding process of several Indian companies. Requirements Indian citizen. Active Indian mobile phone number capable of receiving SMS and calls (optional). Computer or laptop with internet access. Ability to record your screen during the process. Applicants may be located either in India or outside India, provided they have an active Indian mobile number. Compensation 15 usd perhour (duration - is about 3.5 -4 hours). Successful candidates may be offered additional research assignments on an ongoing basis. Task Description The assignment will consist of two parts. Part 1 – Brief Meeting 2–3 hour online meeting (or in person if you are located nearby). During the meeting, we will explain the research process and answer any questions. Part 2 – Research & Application Testing You will be asked to: Visit several specified websites. Complete the online application forms for the services as instructed. Record your screen throughout the entire application process. Save screenshots of: all SMS messages received; all emails received; any verification or confirmation pages. If the application is approved, download or obtain the service agreement (contract) and provide it as part of the final deliverables. Deliverables Screen recording of the complete application process. Screenshots of all SMS messages. Screenshots of all emails. Copy of the agreement/contract (if issued). Brief notes describing any issues encountered during the process. Additional Information All instructions and websites will be provided before the assignment begins. This is a one-time project with the opportunity for long-term collaboration on future research and investigation projects.
