Each day I handle a steady flow of candidate inquiries and brand touch-points across Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn, and I need reliable help keeping everything organised. Your main focus will be light social media management—publishing and scheduling text posts, images and short videos that I provide—while also replying to comments or DMs and logging those interactions inside a simple tracker. Alongside that you will assist with our online recruitment funnel: sending pre-written messages, answering basic questions in Hindi (occasional English), and updating candidate status notes so nothing slips through the cracks. I supply step-by-step screen-share training and an easy daily checklist, so previous recruitment experience is not required; familiarity with social media management, however, is the background that tends to make this job smoother. Key deliverables • Daily posting and engagement on Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn • Timely reply to candidate and follower messages with accurate record-keeping • Completion of the shared checklist within the allotted 2–4 hour window Essential conditions: you are based in India, at least 18, and have a smartphone or laptop with a reliable internet connection. Freshers are welcome as long as communication is clear and deadlines are met. Work is fully remote, part-time and performance-based, so the better the engagement metrics and recruitment conversions during your shift, the higher your earning potential. Continuous support and skill-building resources in communication, recruitment and digital marketing are provided from day one.
