Hello, I am looking for 4-5 reliable Indian virtual assistants to reply to customer messages on Facebook Messenger. I run Facebook ads, and customers will send me messages. Since I cannot stay online all the time, I need someone who can chat with customers for me. Before you start, I will teach you everything you need to know, like how to reply, how to answer common questions, how to be polite and professional, and how to guide people toward buying our products. The main goal is to chat with customers and help generate sales through Facebook Messenger. Requirements: Good English communication skills, friendly and professional attitude, reliable internet connection, able to follow instructions carefully, honest, responsible, and responsive. Payment: Payment details will be discussed after we talk. I prefer performance-based payment, for example, you can be paid for each successful sale you help generate. We will agree on the payment structure together. Work commitment: I would like you to work with me for at least one month. If both of us are happy with the work, we can continue longer. If you decide to stop working, that's okay, but please give me at least 7 days notice before leaving.
