Realm Tycoons is an upcoming strategy and digital board game with a live “Coming Soon” page on Steam. I am hiring a freelancer to run a fully managed 30-day outreach campaign focused on qualified Steam traffic, genuine gamer engagement, creator interest, and organic Steam Wishlists. This is not an SEO project Do not apply if your main service is SEO, backlinks, keyword research, website ranking, blog posting, paid advertising, or generic social-media management. I need direct outreach and active community engagement, not recommendations or content for me to publish. Required platforms The campaign must actively cover a practical mix of: * Reddit * Discord * Facebook gaming groups * Steam communities and Steam Curators * YouTube creators and streamers * TikTok * X * Gaming forums, podcasts, newsletters, and publications Minimum weekly deliverables Your bid must include at least: * 25 relevant gaming communities researched each week * 30 creators, streamers, Steam Curators, podcasts, newsletters, or publications researched each week * 25 personalized first-contact outreach messages each week * 15 documented follow-up messages each week * 5 community or group posts personally published and managed each week * Active participation in at least 5 relevant discussions each week * Responses to all reasonable comments and questions generated by your posts * Moderator permission requests where required * One updated shared activity tracker * One detailed weekly report Over the full 30-day campaign, this equals a minimum of: * 100 communities researched * 120 creators and industry contacts researched * 100 personalized outreach messages * 60 follow-ups * 20 published community posts * 20 active discussion engagements * Four weekly reports and one final campaign summary Generic copy-and-paste outreach, duplicate spam posts, irrelevant placements, or unanswered mass messaging will not count toward these totals. Important requirements You must use your own legitimate professional accounts and email. No access to official Realm Tycoons accounts will be provided. All promotional activity must clearly disclose that you are working with Realm Tycoons as a contractor. No bots, fake accounts, purchased Steam Wishlists, automated messages, mass posting, undisclosed promotion, or artificial engagement. I will provide approved gameplay footage, screenshots, game information, branding assets, and tracked Steam links. Generic SEO proposals and proposals that avoid confirming the weekly quantities will be rejected. Strong performance may lead to ongoing monthly work.
