Descripción de la oferta

This project centres on a compact embedded platform that will sit inside an industrial automation cabinet and take charge of continuous monitoring and control. At its core the board must read an oxygen sensor, process the signal locally, apply any calibration curves, and then drive a pair of digital outputs that feed the plant’s PLC. A small TFT or OLED status screen and a Modbus-RTU port over RS-485 will round out the human-machine and network interfaces. I will provide the exact sensor datasheet, operating ranges, and the enclosure footprint; you handle everything from component selection to fully-routed Gerber files and production-ready firmware. Key deliverables • Schematic capture and multilayer PCB layout (KiCad or Altium) matching my mechanical constraints • BOM with second-source options for all active parts • Firmware (C/C++ on STM32 or equivalent) that: – Reads the oxygen sensor via the recommended analogue front end – Filters and linearises the signal in real time – Publishes the value over Modbus registers – Drives two digital outputs based on user-defined thresholds stored in EEPROM • A short build & flash guide plus test procedure I can repeat on the bench Acceptance criteria 1. Board passes a smoke test at 24 Vdc and draws less than 150 mA idle. 2. Sensor reading on the display matches my reference meter within ±2 %. 3. Modbus tool sees stable data at 9600 N 8 1 with no frame errors during a 12-hour soak. 4. All manufacturing files import into JLCPCB without DRC violations. If something in the spec could be improved, feel free to point it out early; I’m flexible on exact parts as long as long-term availability is considered.
