We are conducting customer research for an early-stage software company focused on improving workflows within the industrial distribution industry. This is not a sales call and not a recruiting opportunity. We are seeking current or former professionals who have worked in industrial distribution and have firsthand experience with quoting, RFQs, ERP systems, customer service, sales, purchasing, or related workflows. The interview will last approximately 15–20 minutes and will be conducted remotely via Google Meet or Microsoft Teams. Participants will be compensated $35 upon completion.
