I need a specialist who can take one of our existing pieces of industrial machinery and retrofit it so it draws significantly less power while keeping—or ideally improving—its current output. The core objective is clear: increase overall efficiency by cutting energy consumption. Your task starts with a thorough assessment of the present drive systems, motors, control panels, sensors, and power-management components. From there we will agree on the most practical upgrade route, whether that means installing high-efficiency motors and variable-frequency drives, redesigning control logic with PLCs, or incorporating real-time energy-monitoring hardware and software. Key deliverables • Diagnostic report outlining baseline energy use, points of loss, and recommended retrofits • Bill of materials and sourcing list for all new parts or modules • Implementation plan with step-by-step integration instructions and projected downtime • On-site (or remote) installation support, tuning, and safety verification • Post-retrofit performance data demonstrating the targeted reduction in kWh per production cycle I already have basic schematics and operating manuals, and the machine is accessible for detailed inspection.
