Industrial MEP Shop Drawings Needed

Descripción de la oferta
I am ready to hand over the full IFC drawings, project specifications, and our own project-specific standards for an industrial facility and need an experienced MEP draftsman or engineer to convert them into fully coordinated shop drawings. While every discipline must be covered, electrical layouts and details sit at the top of the priority list, so a proven track record in power distribution, lighting, small power, cable management, earthing, and lightning protection is essential. The package I expect back should include: • HVAC shop drawings • Plumbing and drainage layouts • Fire-fighting plans • Electrical power and lighting drawings • Small power layouts • Cable tray routing • Earthing & lightning protection schemes • Equipment installation details, sections, and construction details • Builders-work drawings where required • Multi-discipline coordination drawings showing clash-free integration Please produce files in a standard CAD format compatible with AutoCAD (and, if you work natively in Revit, export the DWGs as well). Drawings must align with the latest international codes plus the project-specific standards I supply; clear annotation, layer discipline, and consistent symbol usage are non-negotiable acceptance criteria. If you have immediate availability and can commit to rapid iterations based on our review comments, let’s move forward.
