I run Wedrip (wedrip.in), a merch agency that helps YouTube and Instagram creators launch their own merch brands end-to-end (design, production, store setup, fulfilment). I'm looking for a human-led outreach specialist to help us connect with the right creators and invite them into a revenue-share merch program. What I need: - Identify YouTube/Instagram creators with strong communities but little/no existing merch (I'll provide a clear ICP) - Run manual cold outreach via email + DMs under our brand (personalised, not spam blasts) - Book qualified calls or get explicit "yes, I'm interested" replies from creators Important: this is NOT a typical "brand pays creator per post" campaign. Creators earn via revenue share on merch sales. Your job is to pitch this model to them and bring me interested, qualified creators. Ideal freelancer: - Experience with influencer outreach or B2B lead generation - Comfortable running cold outreach and following a tested script - Open to a pilot with performance-based pay (bonus per signed creator) Compensation: This is commission-based only.
