I want to turn a short slice of my fitness journey into an Instagram reel that feels more like a mini–case study than a hype video. The footage (portrait-oriented phone clips and stills) is ready; what I need is the editing magic that shapes it into a clear, informative story. Think quick-cut sequencing, on-screen text that calls out key metrics (workout type, reps, progress photos, etc.), subtle transitions, and royalty-free music that drives the pace without overpowering the narration I’ll record. You’ll work in the standard 9:16 format, keep the final length under 60 seconds, and deliver a high-quality MP4 suitable for immediate upload. Captions must be burned in for accessibility, colours should stay true to natural gym lighting, and any graphics or motion text have to be clean and modern.
