Hello, I'm a financial and administration researcher consultant, this is my project management proposals for clients. thanks for your interest. Here’s the proposed Milestones plan (total: $20,000). Milestone 1: Feasibility Study (PDF). $6,668. Delivery: 7 days after you submit all required inputs (location, drawings, budget, timeline). Scope: feasibility assessment, key risks and constraints, summary recommendations. Milestone 2: Full Analysis (PDF). $6,668. Delivery: 7 days after we receive your actual reports and outputs. Scope: detailed evaluation, cost and risk analysis, findings and recommendations. Milestone 3: Action Plan + Follow-up (PDF + messages). $6,668. Delivery: 7 days after Milestone 2 is accepted. Scope: solution options, action plan and roadmap, plus 10 days follow-up after delivery. After each Milestone is delivered, you can approve it and initiate the next Milestone right away so the project continues without delays. Fiverr releases the Freelancer’s payout after approval and the standard clearance period, which doesn’t affect the project timeline. After each Milestone delivery, you have 8 days to review and accept the Milestone so we can move forward to the next step. After Milestone 3 (Action Plan + 10 days follow-up) is completed, if you need additional support or more specific services, we can continue with a new custom offer based on the new scope.
