I need a reliable mid-level outbound agent who can take full ownership of our insolvency instruction calls. You’ll be contacting pre-qualified and cold prospects, following up on warm leads, and fielding any questions they have about the insolvency process. A background in financial services and legal services is essential, and your customer-service skills must be rock-solid so callers feel supported and confident in taking the next step. Here’s how the work will flow: • I supply the daily call list, scripts, FAQs, and CRM access. • You place the calls, gauge interest, gather key details, and record thorough notes in the CRM. • When a lead is ready, you book them into my calendar or pass them to our in-house adviser, then trigger the appropriate follow-up sequence. Success for me looks like clear call notes, accurate data capture, and a steady stream of qualified appointments entering our pipeline each week.
