I’m looking for a copy-savvy admin who can jump into our Instagram DMs each day and craft quick, friendly, sales-oriented replies in Bahasa Indonesia and simple English when needed. You’ll own the full chat flow on Instagram—answering product questions, guiding prospects toward purchase, and keeping our brand voice consistent. What I expect: • Monitor the Instagram inbox during agreed-upon hours and respond within minutes. • Use my existing tone guidelines while adding a personable touch that feels human, not scripted. • Log common questions and note any conversation that needs escalation so we can refine FAQs together. • Provide a brief end-of-day summary of chats handled and conversions achieved. Familiarity with Instagram’s quick-reply features and basic CRM tagging is a plus, but the real priority is sharp, persuasive writing that turns casual messages into happy customers.
