I need someone who can stay on top of my brand’s Instagram Direct Messages and comment threads, answering customer questions about our products and services with speed and accuracy. The focus is purely customer support—no content creation or sales pitching—so every reply must be clear, friendly, and informative. You’ll log in to our Instagram account during the agreed-upon hours, monitor new messages as they arrive, and provide concise answers drawn from the product information sheet I’ll supply. If a question falls outside the FAQ or you’re unsure of the correct response, simply flag it for me and move on to the next chat so we never keep customers waiting. Success for this project means: • Average response time under 10 minutes during your shift • Consistent, polite tone that reflects our brand voice • Accurate information with zero copy-paste errors If you’re experienced in social-media customer support and comfortable working exclusively on Instagram, let’s talk.
