I’m ready to hand over the day-to-day running of my Instagram so we can turn quiet followers into an active community. The job is strictly social media marketing with Instagram as the sole focus. My main metric is engagement—likes, comments, shares and saves matter more to me than raw follower count right now. You’ll be expected to craft on-brand posts, Stories and Reels, schedule them at optimal times, monitor conversations, and respond in a tone that reflects the identity of the page. Consistent use of trending audio, smart hashtag sets, and interactive features (polls, quizzes, stickers) should be part of the mix. Weekly insights and a short action plan will keep us aligned on what’s working and what needs tweaking. If you’re comfortable analysing Instagram Insights and translating the numbers into clear next steps, you’re exactly who I need.
