I’m looking for a reliable VA to accelerate the organic growth of my Instagram profile. The core of the job is simple but must be done with precision: identify and follow accounts inside our niche that already demonstrate high engagement rates. I care far more about quality interactions than sheer volume, so every follow should feel intentional and strategic. Here’s how the workflow will look day to day. You’ll go to my account (via a secure method we’ll agree on), research potential profiles through hashtags, competitors’ follower lists, recent commenters, and other proven discovery tactics, then follow the best-fit users. While the primary focus is following, I do expect light engagement—liking a few recent posts so our presence is noticed—plus the occasional friendly DM when it feels natural and non-spammy. To succeed, you should already have experience running or assisting accounts in a similar niche and be comfortable working with Instagram’s latest algorithm changes and limits. Mention that experience clearly in your proposal; I’m especially interested in any past results you can briefly quantify. Please be prepared to track daily actions and provide a concise weekly summary (number of accounts followed, average engagement of those accounts, follow-back ratio, and any useful insights you spot).
