Looking for a Social Media Manager & Reels Creator for Instagram Growth I am looking for an experienced Social Media Manager / Content Creator to help me significantly grow my Instagram account (increase follower count, boost engagement, and improve overall visibility). Key Responsibilities & Goals: Growth Strategy: Develop a strategy for organic growth and paid promotions (boosting top posts and targeted ad campaigns). Reels Creation & Video Editing: Brainstorm engaging concepts, write catchy hooks, and professionally edit Reels (dynamic subtitles, effects, trending audio). Ad Management & Post Boosting: Set up, optimize, and manage paid campaigns (boosting high-performing Reels to attract a targeted audience). Analytics & Reporting: Track key performance metrics and continuously optimize content for better results. Requirements: Proven experience in managing Instagram accounts and creating viral/engaging Reels (please provide a portfolio or work examples). Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Instagram promotion guidelines. Creativity, reliability, and clear communication skills.
