I need a dependable moderator to keep my Instagram profile looking sharp and welcoming. The feed is built around Reels, so comments can spike quickly; that’s why I expect you to check in hourly, clear out spam, and reply to genuine questions or messages in a friendly, on-brand tone. You will have direct access to the account (or to Meta Business Suite, if you prefer) so you can: • Monitor every new comment on each Reel, hide or delete anything abusive or spam-like, and block repeat offenders. • Answer DMs promptly, routing only the complex issues back to me. • Maintain a short activity log so I can see what was removed, what was answered, and where you need guidance. Turnaround is key: responses should go out within an hour during the agreed-upon coverage window.
