You will log in to my business account, reply to questions in real-time, guide prospects through product options, and close the purchase inside the chat thread. Key tasks • Monitor Instagram Direct Messages during agreed daily hours. • Answer promptly, staying on-brand and friendly. • Handle objections, share discount codes or checkout links, and follow up until payment is made. • Keep a simple log of conversations, hot leads, and completed sales so I can track performance. Success looks like short response times, clear product explanations, and a measurable lift in conversion from chat to sale.
