Plan and schedule weekly content around new arrivals, live sales, limited-stock gemstones, exclusive collections, customer creations, and educational content to build trust, urgency, and repeat purchases. Create and optimize data-driven Instagram and Meta ad campaigns, continuously testing creatives, audiences, offers, and placements to maximize conversions and achieve the highest possible ROAS. Track performance with actionable reports that go beyond metrics—identify what's driving sales, what needs improvement, and recommend strategies to increase conversions week after week. Research competitors, analyze market trends, identify winning content formats, and suggest new growth opportunities to help Johari & Gems stay ahead in the gemstone industry. If you’re comfortable using Instagram Shopping, Meta Ads Manager, and the usual analytics tools, and you’ve done this before for other fashion labels, let’s talk about timelines and next steps.
