Instructional Designer / Facilitator — Half-Day "AI Use Cases" Workshop for Non-Technical Staff (2 Sessions, Singapore)

Descripción de la oferta
We're developing a half-day, hands-on workshop that helps non-technical professionals identify, evaluate, and prioritise practical AI use cases in their own work. We plan to run it twice (two separate sessions with different groups of participants), and we're looking for an experienced instructional designer and facilitator to help shape the content and co-deliver both runs. The workshop should take participants with no prior AI background and give them a simple, repeatable way to think about where AI genuinely adds value — and where it doesn't. We want it interactive and exercise-driven rather than lecture-heavy, with small-group and individual activities participants can apply to real tasks from their jobs. Themes we'd like the workshop to cover (open to your ideas on how to deliver them): - A clear, jargon-free framing of what AI can and can't do for everyday work. - A method for spotting opportunities where AI could help, and a way to sanity-check whether AI is even the right solution. - A practical framework for evaluating and prioritising ideas — weighing things like feasibility, business impact, and effort. - A simple worksheet or canvas participants fill in to turn a rough idea into a concrete, scored opportunity. - A short reflection / "what to do next" segment. What we need: Instructional design — Design the exercises, worksheets, and any scoring/prioritisation aid, plus a participant resource pack (worksheets, a quick-reference guide, and a "next 30 days" action plan). We'll provide light brand guidelines. Materials are built once and reused across both sessions. Facilitation — Co-facilitate two in-person sessions (around 25–40 participants each) with our internal team, running the activities and keeping pacing tight. Between sessions, incorporate any refinements based on how the first run goes. Deliverables: 1. Facilitator guide / run-of-show for the half-day session 2. Slide deck 3. Participant resource pack (worksheets, quick-reference guide, action-plan template) 4. Live co-facilitation of two workshop sessions in Singapore 5. Editable source files, with handover Requirements: Singapore-based and able to facilitate in person on two dates (dates and venue TBC). Proven corporate/adult-learning facilitation, an instructional-design portfolio, and practical familiarity with mainstream generative AI tools. Higher-education or public-sector experience a plus. To apply, please share 2–3 relevant samples, a short outline of how you'd structure a session like this, confirmation you can facilitate in person in Singapore on two dates plus availability, and your fixed quote covering design plus both sessions (feel free to note any per-additional-session rate).
