I need crrating the entire user interface and experience of a web-based insurance claims platform that spans roughly 60–70 screens. The foremost objective is to make filing a claim effortless for claims handlers; every interaction should feel obvious, quick and reassuring. You will receive my existing user flows and a rough sitemap, but the visual language, component library and screen-by-screen layouts still need to be crafted. I’m open to your preferred design stack—Figma, Sketch or Adobe XD are all fine—as long as the final hand-off includes organised components and responsive states. Because the goal is “easy claims filing,” I expect close attention to: • Streamlined form patterns that minimise keystrokes • Clear progress indicators so users never wonder “what’s next?” • Contextual help and error handling that reduces support calls Kindly centre your proposal on relevant experience: show me comparable web apps you have guided from concept to polished UI/UX, especially in fintech, insure-tech or other data-heavy fields. A concise note on how quickly you can move is useful too—I want first interactive prototypes on my screen as soon as possible and a full clickable prototype ready for stakeholder review without delay. I’m ready to kick off immediately and will prioritise designers who can commit to rapid, structured milestones while keeping usability at the heart of every decision.
