Virtual AI Headquarters (Roam Integration) Project Overview We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Software Architect/Developer to design and implement a secure, scalable virtual operations platform for a professional consulting company. KNOWLEDGEOF THE ROAM APP IS MANDATORY. The project will leverage an existing virtual office platform as the collaboration environment while integrating multiple business systems, AI tools, document repositories, and workflow automation into a unified operational headquarters. This is not a website project, nor is it a simple AI chatbot implementation. We are building an THE ROAM APP operational platform that will continue to evolve through multiple phases. Scope of Work The selected developer will be responsible for: - Configuring and organizing our virtual office environment. - Designing the overall system architecture. - Integrating Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Drive). - Integrating Dropbox. - Connecting multiple AI services through secure APIs. - Designing secure user authentication and role-based permissions. - Creating an executive dashboard that serves as a central command center. - Designing workflow automation between business functions. - Developing scalable architecture that supports future expansion. - Recommending best practices for security, performance, and maintainability. - Documenting the completed architecture and implementation. The initial project focuses on creating a robust internal operational platform. Additional phases are anticipated following successful completion. Required Skills - Senior Full Stack Development - System Architecture - API Integration - AI Platform Integration - Google Workspace APIs - Dropbox APIs - OAuth / Authentication - Node.js, Python, or similar backend technologies - Modern JavaScript frameworks - Cloud architecture - Database design - Workflow automation - Security best practices Experience integrating collaboration platforms or virtual workspaces is highly desirable. Nice to Have Experience with: - AI agents - Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) - Knowledge management systems - Multi-agent orchestration - MCP-compatible architectures - Enterprise document management - Prompt engineering - Dashboard development Deliverables The selected developer will provide: - Complete technical architecture - Secure system configuration - Working integrations - Executive dashboard - API documentation - Administrative documentation - Deployment documentation - Testing and validation Engagement This is expected to become a long-term relationship.
