I have a set of existing PDFs that our residents / clients currently print and complete by hand. I need each document rebuilt as a PDF Fillable Form so it keeps the exact look and layout but allows users to type directly into every field and add a Drawn signature before submitting. When a client finishes the form, I want an automated workflow that instantly emails the completed PDF to both the client and me, or at least gives them an immediate download link while a copy lands in my inbox. If this can be handled entirely inside Acrobat, a dedicated PDF form tool, or a lightweight script, I am open to whichever solution delivers that smooth hand-off. Deliverables • Fillable versions of all supplied PDFs, ready for use • Embedded Drawn signature field that works on desktop and mobile readers • Submission workflow that sends the finished file as an email attachment or provides a download link to the client and myself • Quick test run with one form so we can verify the end-to-end process before you replicate it across the rest I will supply the original PDFs as soon as we start.
