More details: We are a US-based 3PL/fulfillment company that ships merchandise internationally for touring artists and ecommerce clients. We need help reviewing and improving our international shipping process so shipments stop getting delayed in customs. Main focus areas are Canada, UK, and EU shipments. We need help with: Commercial invoice requirements HS code guidance for common merchandise Importer of Record / EORI / Canada CARM requirements DDP vs DAP recommendations Carrier/broker workflows for FedEx, UPS, DHL, and freight A simple SOP/checklist our team can follow before shipping Common items include apparel, bandanas, posters, vinyl records, CDs, enamel pins, keychains, tote bags, accessories, VIP kits, and event merchandise. Looking for someone with practical customs brokerage or international trade compliance experience. Ongoing urgent support may also be needed.
