Export Consultant Required – Essential Oils, Fragrances & Flavors (India) Project Overview We are an Indian manufacturer and supplier of Essential Oils, Fragrances, Flavors, Carrier Oils, Spice Oils & Oleoresins. We are looking for an experienced International Export Consultant who can help us build and scale our export business globally. Scope of Work - Create a complete export strategy for our products. - Identify high-potential countries and target markets. - Find and connect with verified importers, distributors, wholesalers, and manufacturers. - Help us register and optimize our presence on Alibaba, TradeKey, Global Sources, etc. - Guide us on export documentation, compliance, HS Codes, Incoterms, logistics, and payment methods. - Assist with certifications (FSSAI, IEC, APEDA, ISO, GMP, IFRA, COA, MSDS, etc.) as required. - Develop a lead generation and buyer outreach strategy. - Support in closing export deals and building long-term international partnerships. Preferred Markets USA, Canada, Europe, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Australia, Africa, and Southeast Asia. Required Experience - Minimum 5+ years in Export Consulting. - Proven experience in Essential Oils, Fragrance, Flavors, Aroma Chemicals, Cosmetics, Food Ingredients, or related industries. - Strong network of international buyers. - Experience in B2B sales and international trade. - Excellent English communication skills. Deliverables - Export roadmap. - List of verified buyers/importers. - Country-wise market analysis. - Buyer outreach plan. - Support until initial export orders are generated.
