I need a polished Microsoft Excel workbook that lets me stay on top of inventory in real time. The file has to capture core workflows: tracking current stock levels, incoming raw material and monitoring outgoing orders. Each item’s quantity, reorder point, and movement history should update automatically so I can spot shortages before they happen. A clean, interactive dashboard is essential. Behind the scenes, formulas, pivot tables, or Power Query are fine as long as the workbook remains fast and easy to maintain without macros. Please structure the sheets logically (e.g., Data Input, Stock Status, Orders, Dashboard) and lock any cells that shouldn’t be edited. Deliverables • Fully functional Excel file with stock level and order tracking logic • Interactive dashboard summarising inventory health • Brief usage notes so anyone on my team can update or extend the model I’m ready to share sample data once we start so you can test calculations and visuals with realistic figures. Let me know your timeline and any clarifying questions. Who are we? We are manufacturer of steel products. We import raw material, produce it into finished product. Our problem? We need to prevent stock-outs and shortages with incoming raw material so we dont let down customers How? We need a spreadsheet, a clever one that can be updated several times per week with incoming raw material, forecasted sales in tonnes, and actual sales in tonnes. We need it to show week by week data. We know it may take 60days for raw material to arrive, we will need a intuitive forimal to advise us to place an order when stock is approaching a certain level.
