seeking an experienced Microsoft 365 Power Automate and SharePoint consultant to design and implement a fully automated Component Inventory & Procurement Management System that will replace the current manual stock control and purchasing process. The solution will be built using Microsoft SharePoint Online, Power Automate, Microsoft Teams and Outlook as part of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem. The objective is to provide a secure, scalable and auditable platform for managing component inventory, procurement requests, purchasing workflows and stock movements across the business. The system must automatically monitor inventory levels, detect when components reach predefined reorder thresholds, generate purchase requests, notify the responsible buyer via email, route approvals where required, track purchase orders through to delivery, update stock levels upon receipt of goods and provide management with real-time visibility of inventory and procurement activities.
