Inventura Education is a private, online supplemental school for grades K–12. The site will have a front page with a brief overview and two main portals: one for teachers and one for students. Teachers must apply to teach by submitting personal info, resumes, certifications, background checks, and a sample lesson idea. Once approved, they will have a dashboard to propose courses (with subject, outline, age/size limits, costs, and materials), track approvals, view enrollments, and get paid after classes are completed. Students also need to apply to attend, providing basic info, grade level, subject interests, and travel willingness. High school students will mark if they need graduation credit or want dual college credit when available. Once approved, they can access a dashboard to browse active classes (with descriptions, costs, time frames, size limits), register/pay, sign permission waivers for in-person classes, and track enrolled and completed courses. The back end must allow admin control: reviewing teacher/student applications, approving or rejecting proposed courses, verifying credit requests, handling payments, and managing enrollments. The overall system should feel clean and intuitive, with small-class focus (5–12 students), project-based learning, and automated revenue sharing (80% for certified teachers, 75% for non-certified).
