Beyond the narrative slides, the heart of this project is the financial model: multi-year revenue streams, fully itemised operating costs, capital requirements, projected cash flows and an easy-to-follow ROI calculation that investors can stress-test. All assumptions should be transparent, defensible and referenced on-screen. Final deliverables: – 20-24 slide investor deck in PowerPoint (and PDF) with editable graphics. – Linked Excel model feeding the financial and ROI slides. – A brief set of speaker notes that explain each slide’s purpose.
