I have a backlog of invoice details that must be keyed into Excel or Google Sheets. You’ll start from my existing spreadsheets—there are a few versions—and reshape them into one clean, consistent template before entering the current batch of invoices. The examples already include most of the columns I need, but formulas, formatting, and a couple of fields for tax and payment status still require tweaking. Once the structure is finalized, the job becomes straightforward data entry: copy the invoice numbers, dates, line-item descriptions, amounts, and taxes from the source PDFs into the updated sheet, double-checking totals as you go. Deliverables • A polished Excel or Google Sheets template that matches my examples while adding the missing calculations and formatting. • All supplied invoices accurately entered into that template with no transcription errors. • A quick summary tab that shows totals by month and by customer so I can drop the file straight into my wider financial reports. I’ll provide the sample sheets, raw invoice files, and any lookup lists needed (client IDs, GL codes, etc.) as soon as we agree on the structure. Accuracy and clear communication are more important to me than speed, but I’d like the first draft template back within two days so we can lock the layout before you proceed with full data entry.
