I need a native iPhone app that lets customers browse, schedule, and pay for home services—think cleaning, repairs, lawn care, and similar tasks—directly from their Apple devices. The experience has to feel just as smooth as purchasing a product on any leading e-commerce platform, but with the checkout tied to booking a service slot rather than shipping a package. Core flow • User opens the app, sees nearby service categories, checks real-time availability, and books a time. • Secure in-app payments (Apple Pay first, card fallback) confirm the reservation instantly. • A lightweight provider dashboard (web or in-app) lets technicians accept or adjust jobs, update status, and mark completion so customers receive push notifications along the way. Key requirements – Built with Swift and the latest iOS SDKs; follow Apple Human Interface Guidelines. – Sign-in via Apple ID and optional social logins. – Location services for address autofill and distance-based pricing. – Admin panel to manage categories, pricing tiers, and service providers. – Basic analytics (Firebase or similar) so I can track bookings, revenue, and retention. Acceptance criteria 1. App passes TestFlight review without critical crashes. 2. Booking-to-payment flow completes in under three taps for a returning user. 3. Providers receive job alerts within five seconds of booking. 4. Source code is clean, documented, and handed over in a private Git repository.
