I’m ready to set the visual tone of my new Android app with a single, polished “home” experience that feels vibrant and instantly engaging. The look I’m after is unmistakably Electric light—bright hues, glowing accents and a touch of motion that makes every tap feel lively. Core scope • Dashboard / Home screen: a full-fidelity UI layout with bold colour palettes, friendly typography and thoughtful micro-interactions that guide the user hierarchy. • Follow-on page template: a simple screen for “Write Post”, “Settings” and “Show QR Code” actions, matching the same playful treatment for text fields and buttons. • Dynamic animated background: Kotlin-based renderer whose parameters (point count, connecting lines, speed, icon count, effect intensity, etc.) can be tweaked at runtime. • Global Settings screen: slider or ruler controls that let me dial every effect from “light” to “heavy”, plus min/max counts where relevant. Technical expectations – Native Android Studio project (latest stable version) with clean, commented Kotlin or Java code. – All visual assets and animations included, organised and export-ready so other developers can extend them. – Deliverables compile and run without additional setup beyond standard SDK installs. Timeline I’d like everything reviewed, refined and handed over within a month, leaving us a little breathing room for tweaks before final sign-off.
