I am looking for an experienced developer or development team to create a comprehensive VoIP call management and reporting platform. The platform should allow for effective management of phone numbers, call analytics, billing, and revenue tracking. Below is a list of the features required: Core Features: Secure user authentication for customers, partners, and administrators. A detailed dashboard displaying key metrics and real-time call information. Number and IPRN management system for handling DIDs, premium rate numbers, tracking statuses, and configuring call routing. Rate setup and management, including rate cards for different regions and volume-based discounts. Call monitoring, billing, and invoicing support for real-time and historical data. Role-based access control for managing user permissions. Advanced reporting capabilities, including call summaries, profit analysis, and monthly total volume with generated total revenue. Statements can be marked as paid or pending. Integration with third-party CRM systems and external APIs. Mobile-responsive design to ensure usability on different devices. IVR setup and SIP configuration for call routing and interactive services. Support ticket system and knowledge base for user assistance. Requirements: Strong knowledge of telecom software, VoIP technologies, and protocols such as SIP. Experience with developing number management and call routing systems. Proficiency in backend frameworks and database management, particularly for handling call data. Experience with billing systems, including rate card and revenue calculations. Familiarity with security best practices for user authentication and data protection.
