I need reliable, on-the-ground assistance in Iraq to confirm a candidate’s previous employment history before we move them forward in our hiring process. Your task is limited to employment verification only; education checks or criminal background searches are not required for this engagement. You will be provided the candidate’s consent form, résumé details, and the contact information they supplied for their former employer. I expect you to: • Contact the HR or direct supervisor listed, following recognised screening best practices • Obtain written or stamped confirmation that the person actually worked there, including exact start and end dates and the position held • Capture any additional remarks the employer is willing to share on overall performance or re-hire eligibility • Compile a brief, well-structured verification report in English, attaching any documentary proof (email screenshots, signed letters, or company-stamped forms) Discretion, accuracy, and respect for local labour laws are critical.
