I’m seeking an experienced freelancer who can provide both consulting and training on ISO 27001, ISO 27701, India’s DPDP Act, and the GDPR. The goal is to strengthen our organisation’s privacy and information-security posture while upskilling our in-house team so we can run with the framework long after the engagement ends. What I need from you • A clear, customised roadmap that shows us where we stand today and the practical steps required to reach full compliance with the cited standards and regulations. • Hands-on workshops (remote or on-site) that translate the theory into day-to-day controls, processes, and documentation our staff can actually follow. • Drafts or templates of the key artefacts—policies, procedures, registers, DPIA formats, audit checklists, risk assessments—tailored to our business context. • Q&A sessions for leadership and operational teams to ensure everyone understands their roles in maintaining compliance. Ideal background You should have verifiable experience guiding companies through ISO 27001/27701 certification and GDPR or DPDP readiness, plus a track record of delivering engaging training for mixed audiences. Familiarity with common toolsets (e.g., ISO 27005 risk methodologies, data-mapping platforms, GRC or ISMS tools) will be an advantage. Acceptance criteria 1. Gap-analysis report delivered and reviewed with management. 2. Draft policy set submitted in editable format. 3. At least one live training session completed, with slide deck and recording shared. 4. Final sign-off when our internal audit validates that corrective actions were addressed.
