I need a complete ISO 9001:2015 manual prepared so our organisation can move confidently toward certification. The core focus is on three areas that must be drafted to auditor-ready standard: • Document control procedures • Quality objectives and the planning process that supports them • Internal audit and management review methodology Everything should be written in clear, practical language, mapped to each clause of the standard, and supplied in editable Word format so we can tailor minor details later. Wherever possible, include flow-charts, example forms and checklists that make day-to-day use simple for frontline staff as well as top management. I will provide our current process notes and any existing SOPs the moment we start; you will weave them into the required sections, highlight gaps, and propose improvements that align with ISO 9001:2015 requirements. Please reference the latest guidance from ISO and IAQG, and keep the structure auditor-friendly—numbered clauses that mirror the standard, with a revision log, version control table and a concise interaction of processes diagram. Once the draft is ready, I would like a brief hand-over call to walk through change tracking and any recommended next steps.
