IT Business Development Partner / Lead Generator (10%–30% Commission) | Long-Term Opportunity Project Overview We are a software development team with over 6 years of experience delivering high-quality web and mobile applications for startups, SMEs, and agencies worldwide. We are looking for an experienced IT Business Development Partner / Lead Generator who can help us secure genuine software development projects. This is a commission-based opportunity only. There is no fixed salary or upfront payment. You will earn a 10%–30% commission for every successfully closed project you help bring to our team. If you have experience in IT sales, client acquisition, or software project sourcing, we'd love to build a long-term partnership with you. Generate qualified leads using your own network or outreach methods. Introduce potential clients to our team. Coordinate meetings when required. Help build long-term client relationships. Lead Generation Methods You may use any professional approach, including: LinkedIn Outreach Cold Email Campaigns Cold Calling Referrals Networking Agency Partnerships Social Media Outreach Your Existing Business Network Commission Structure You will earn 10%–30% of the total project value. Example Earnings ₹50,000 Project → ₹5,000–₹15,000 ₹1,00,000 Project → ₹10,000–₹30,000 ₹5,00,000 Project → ₹50,000–₹1,50,000 The commission depends on: Project value Your level of involvement Whether you generated the lead only or also helped close the deal. Commission will be paid after we receive payment from the client.
