I have two medical documents (2 pages) in PDF that must be translated from Italian into flawless, officially-recognized Greek (certified translator recognized by the Greek authorities). These files will be presented for strictly medical reasons, so absolute accuracy in terminology and adherence to any regulatory wording are critical. I will supply the original PDFs; you return a clean, well-formatted Greek version along with any certification or sworn translator stamp required for the translation to be accepted by hospitals, clinics, or insurance providers. If you normally work in Word, feel free to convert the PDFs first, but the final delivery should include both the editable file and a print-ready PDF that mirrors the original layout. Because patient data is involved, I expect complete confidentiality and secure handling of the files. Familiarity with medical vocabulary—diagnoses, lab results, prescriptions, discharge summaries—is essential; I do not have time for revisions caused by terminology errors. Deliverables: • Certified Greek translation of each PDF (Word + PDF) • Signed statement or stamp confirming the translation’s official status • Consistent formatting that matches the source layout It is a time sensitive matter so a quick delivery time is preferred.
