Experienced Java Spring Boot Developer & Mentor Needed for Hands-on Real-World Project Training I am looking for an experienced Java Spring Boot developer who can mentor me through hands-on learning by building real-world demo projects together. This is not just a teaching role. I want to learn by developing practical applications from scratch using industry best practices. I have basic knowledge already. What I am looking for: Strong experience with Java (Java 17/21 preferred) Strong experience with Spring Boot Experience with REST APIs, Spring Data JPA, Hibernate Experience with MySQL or PostgreSQL Knowledge of Maven/Gradle Experience with Git and GitHub Good understanding of software architecture and clean code principles Ability to explain concepts clearly while coding together Fluent English communication Learning Goals: I want to gain practical experience by building complete backend applications similar to those used in real companies. Rather than focusing on theory, I want to understand how experienced developers design, implement, test, and deploy applications. Some example projects include: Employee Management System E-Commerce Backend Banking or Payment API Inventory Management System Authentication & Authorization using Spring Security and JWT Microservices with Spring Cloud Docker deployment Unit and Integration Testing CI/CD basics How I want to learn: Live coding sessions Build projects from scratch Explain each design decision Follow industry best practices Use Git throughout the project Assign small coding tasks for me between sessions Review my code and explain improvements Please include the following in your proposal: Your Java and Spring Boot experience.
