I run a small creative studio and I'm looking to connect with a talented, all-round designers for design support and collaboration as projects come up, whether that's a single task or something more ongoing. I am a Creative Director with over 15 + years experience in the industry and have started my own Studio to consult with customers across different industries and help them build brands, pitch decks and websites. What matters most to me is strong visual communication and a genuine eye for good design. The work itself moves around a fair bit: one project might be refining a logo system in Illustrator, another building a pitch deck in PowerPoint, another polishing a Figma file for web design . If you can move between different kinds of design work and bring good judgment to each one, that's the fit I'm after. I work mainly in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Figma, and PowerPoint. I care about clean handovers: sensible layer naming, clear file structure, version control. Nothing complicated, just tidy habits. Each brief you get will include: A short written summary of the goals, plus visual references An asset folder (fonts, imagery, brand files) A deadline and a couple of feedback checkpoints along the way What I'm looking for: - A portfolio that shows range and strong visual instincts, ideally with examples across branding, presentation design, and web or document layout, but strong visual communication in any format is key. - Clear communication on progress, Slack or email, whichever suits us both. - Deliverables will include final source files handed over alongside export-ready PDFs, PNGs, or SVGs This isn't about locking in steady hours.
