Job Summary We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior QA Tester with 1–2 years of experience in Manual Testing to join our QA team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of software testing fundamentals, be capable of executing test cases thoroughly, reporting defects effectively, and creating high-quality manual test cases. Experience in test automation and API testing will be considered an added advantage. Key Responsibilities Design, create, review, and maintain manual test cases based on business requirements. Execute functional, regression, integration, and exploratory testing. Identify, document, and track defects with clear reproduction steps and supporting evidence. Verify bug fixes and perform regression testing before releases. Collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and other QA team members to ensure product quality. Participate in requirement analysis and provide early feedback from a QA perspective. Maintain accurate test execution reports and testing documentation. Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and best practices. Preferred Skills Basic knowledge of API testing using tools such as Postman. Exposure to test automation tools or frameworks (Playwright, Selenium, Cypress, or similar). Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
