I am the Principal of a high-performing college preparatory high school seeking an experienced K-12 instructional designer, educational consultant, or executive presentation designer to develop a world-class Opening Professional Development keynote presentation. This is not a traditional school PowerPoint. I need someone who understands school leadership, adult learning, instructional excellence, and presentation design. The presentation will establish our school's vision, leadership philosophy, and strategic focus for the upcoming school year. It should inspire staff while providing a clear framework for decision-making, instructional improvement, and organizational excellence. I have the presentation outline, themes, and most of the content already developed. I need a collaborative partner who can strengthen the messaging where appropriate and transform it into a visually stunning, conference-quality keynote presentation in Canva. The ideal person has experience creating presentations for principals, school districts, educational organizations, or executive leaders, and can combine compelling storytelling with exceptional design. The final product should feel like an Apple Keynote, TED Talk, or executive leadership presentation—not a traditional educational PowerPoint.
