Scope of the work You’ll take full ownership of the account on Instagram—planning, creating, and publishing Posts & photos, Reels & videos, plus Stories & highlights that stay true to my style while keeping in step with current K-Pop trends. Alongside fresh content, I’m counting on deliberate engagement tactics to lift likes, comments, shares, and saves, and to spark genuine conversations with followers. Growth & engagement strategy Authentic reach matters most. I expect thoughtful hashtag research, optimized captions, consistent posting times, and proactive interaction (comment replies, story polls, DMs) that nurture loyalty. Collaborations with other K-Pop or dance creators should be sourced and managed to widen exposure without compromising brand fit. Deliverables each month • A content calendar covering posts, reels, and story themes • Edited media (high-quality thumbnails, short-form video cuts, story assets) ready for upload • Weekly analytics report highlighting follower gains, reach, and engagement rate, plus clear next-step recommendations • At least two collaboration proposals with compatible influencers, including pitch copy and projected benefits Acceptance criteria • Steady, trackable follower growth built on real accounts (no bots or paid farms) • Engagement rate that either meets or exceeds current niche benchmarks • Prompt communication and transparent metric sharing through Instagram Insights or preferred tracking tools Future platforms like YouTube Shorts or TikTok can be added once Instagram shows consistent upward momentum, but the primary focus remains Instagram for now.
