I run a K-Pop dance–cover page and I’m ready to scale it far beyond its current reach. I need someone who has already taken Instagram accounts from roughly 500 k up to the million-follower mark and can repeat that success specifically within the K-Pop niche. What the day-to-day will look like: you will plan, create, and publish high-impact Reels featuring my dance covers, mix in timely K-Pop news and trends that matter to our fandom, and keep the conversation flowing in comments and DMs so every follower feels seen. Sophisticated hashtag research, smart use of Stories, and data-driven timing are essential; I’m counting on you to work the algorithm rather than fight it, always steering clear of bots or generic growth hacks that dilute the audience. I measure success by genuine engagement from K-Pop fans—saves, shares, duet requests, and steady follower growth that holds. Each month I expect a brief insights report summarizing what worked, what didn’t, and the next steps so we can keep refining our strategy.
