I’m getting ready to record a podcast episode in Kanpur that will be released on both YouTube and the usual audio platforms, so I need a crew that can walk in, set up, and capture a smooth video-and-audio session at true 4 K resolution. The conversation will involve three speakers seated around a table, so we’ll require a multi-camera arrangement—at least three units—to cover individual angles plus a wide master shot. You’ll bring the cameras, switching or syncing solution, lighting kit suitable for a small indoor set, broadcast-quality microphones, and the know-how to balance everything so the final output looks cinematic and sounds crisp. A portable backdrop or set dressing is a bonus if you have it; otherwise I’ll supply the décor. Deliverables at the end of the day: • Raw footage from each camera in 4 K log or a comparable high-bitrate codec • Clean multitrack audio files (or a perfectly mixed stereo file if that’s your preferred workflow) • A synced master timeline in Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or DaVinci Resolve so my editor can dive straight into the cut We’ll shoot for roughly two hours of conversation plus setup and breakdown time.
