**Job Title:** Kids’ Character Animator — ChuChu TV Style (Long-Term / Monthly Retainer) **Location:** Remote (Work from Home) | **Job Type:** Monthly Contract / Retainer **Compensation:** ₹25000/ month *(Based on portfolio First need to provide 60 seconds demo video --- ### **About the Role** We are a growing YouTube Kids channel looking for a talented, reliable **Animator** to build colorful, high-retention content similar in style, pacing, and energy to **ChuChu TV** (nursery rhymes, phonics, and educational stories). This is a long-term role focused on creating consistent, high-quality character animations from provided audio tracks and scripts. ### **Monthly Scope & Deliverables** * **8 to 10 Long-Form Videos:** Completed videos (approx. 8 to 10 minutes each). * **40 to 50 YouTube Shorts:** 5 vertical clips (9:16 format) derived from each long-form video (reframing, chorus loops, and high-energy hooks). * **Asset & Character Library:** Build and reuse rigged character models, expressions, walk/dance cycles, and vibrant background sets for efficient production. * **Master Project Files:** Deliver full source files and 1080p MP4 exports upon completion. ### **Key Responsibilities** * Animate expressive characters with smooth lip-syncing, dance moves, and clear visual storytelling matched to audio. * Maintain bright, high-contrast visual standards inspired by top kids' channels like ChuChu TV. * Optimize the first 5–10 seconds of every video with strong visual hooks to keep young viewers engaged. * Re-edit completed long-form assets into engaging, vertical short-form content. ### **Requirements** * Proven portfolio/showreel demonstrating **kids' character animation** with vibrant colors and expressive timing. * Proficiency in your animation software of choice, with a focus on asset rigging and reusable workflows. * Strong discipline to meet consistent weekly upload schedules without sacrificing quality.
