I want to take my neighbourhood kirana store fully digital with a two-part solution: a customer-facing Android app and a browser-based back office, both controlled through tiered roles (admin and super-admin). Android app Customers must be able to browse the entire catalogue through a fast product listing and search module, place and manage their orders inside the app, then leave customer reviews once an order is delivered. The flow should feel as smooth as any modern e-commerce experience. Web application Internally, the web portal will let us update stock in real time, handle individual customer accounts with their complete order history, and review sales analytics to spot trends and slow-moving items. Admin & super-admin roles Store admins need dashboards for user management, tools to launch product promotions, and live order tracking. A super-admin sits above them with full rights to create or disable admin accounts, override settings, and view consolidated reports. Please design a clear permission model around these two roles. Tech & hand-off I am happy to hear your preferred stack (Kotlin/Java, Flutter, React, Vue, Laravel, Django, etc.) as long as the final build is clean, modular, and fully documented. Secure authentication, shared REST or GraphQL API, and well-commented code are essential. Acceptance criteria • Functional Android APK with product search, order flow, and review submission • Responsive web portal covering inventory, customer accounts, and analytics • Role-based admin & super-admin panels delivering the features above • API documentation with sample requests and seed data • Deployment guide or short hand-off call so my team can maintain the system
