I'm looking for an experienced audio restoration specialist to enhance a section of an MP3 recording. Project Details: The full recording is over 3 hours, but only about 45 minutes needs to be processed. The priority section starts around 1:10:00 to 1:55:00 where there is a conversation that needs to be made as clear as possible. Another important section is around 1:40:00–1:49:00, where background TV noise makes the voices difficult to hear. The goal is to reduce background hiss/noise, improve speech clarity, balance volume levels, and preserve the natural sound without introducing artifacts. Deliverables: Enhanced audio (WAV or high-quality MP3) Verbatim English transcript of the enhanced 45-minute section Clearly mark any words that remain unintelligible as [inaudible] rather than guessing. Requirements: Experience with audio restoration. Proficiency with tools such as iZotope RX, Adobe Audition, Audacity (with restoration plug-ins), Reaper, or equivalent.
